Even more weather troubles…

The weather pattern doesn't change much in the Missouri Bootheel.

Our three melon plants have been devestated by hail, driving rain, and winds
in excess of 80 miles per hour!

How they are even surviving is nothing short of a miracle.

These plants should already have been in the vining stage but have been
stunted severely.

It's always amazing to see how the birds survive in tornado alley!

This mockingbird nest is a tribute to Mother Nature's survival skills.

The watermelons are in full harvest in the lower states. Tina and I are the
recipients of our first delicious melon of the year. Thanks to the truck
drivers that keep America rolling.
